How to get to the studio:
GRAYE’s showroom is located at a light industrial building within Taiseng. In addition, this creative hub also houses many homegrown labels!

Q: Is the studio visit session free?
A: Yes, it is a complimentary service.
Q: How do I book a visit?
A: The only way to book a visit is to fill in the appointment form, By filling in the form, we will be able to customize and prepare the pieces for your session. All personal information will be kept confidential.
Q: When do studio visit sessions operate?
A: Studio visit sessions currently operate Monday to Sunday between 10am- 6pm (with the exception of 12-2pm lunch break)
Q: What can you expect during our Studio visit session?
A: Based on your information and preferences (communicated via email), we will be picking 3-4 pieces for you to try. If there are any specific pieces that you would like to try, feel free to let us know on the spot, as our entire collection will be available for you to browse.
Q: How will you pay for your purchases?
A: Cash, Paynow/PayLah or Online card payment.
Q: Can I bring a friend along?
A: Yes, friends are welcome. Curated outfits, however, will only be for the reserved guest. We will be in touch via email after your appointment is confirmed, and you can contact us here to let us know if your friend(s) will be joining us for the studio visit session.
Q: Am I obliged to purchase anything after the session?
A: No, it is not an obligation. We understand how important fit and quality is to our customers, thus this experience is for you to determine that for yourself.
