As the year begins, GRAYE explores preparation as a form of care. Healing starts at home, in the everyday rituals we practise for ourselves and others — beginning with getting dressed.
Choosing what feels good on the skin. Wrapping, tying, and layering with intention. Moving comfortably through the day. These small gestures form a quiet ritual of grounding — a way to centre the body and mind as the year unfolds.

THE INSPIRATION :
In Chapter I, the collection draws inspiration from the uniforms of modern-day healers — chefs, doctors, herbalists, and caregivers — clothing designed for long hours, movement, and service. GRAYE reinterprets these references through an East-meets-West lens: wrap-over tops echo traditional tunics, apron ties become adjustable fastenings, and functional silhouettes take cues from contemporary workwear and medical scrubs.

MATERIALS AND FUNCTIONALITIES :
Comfort sits at the heart of every decision. Breathable, soft, and made for repeat wear, natural-textured fabrics — including paper-yarn infused and sun-dried textiles — move with the body and feel gentle on the skin. Subtle natural-dyed hues, plant-inspired textures, and earthy, herb-led tones bring calm familiarity.

Here, healing isn’t distant or ceremonial. It lives in the everyday — in how we dress, how we move, and how we care. Every fold, tie, and layer becomes a quiet act of renewal, a reminder that wellbeing is something we build with our own hands.
