Return & Exchange Policy


Eligibility & Period

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Applies to unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

  • Excludes bespoke, customized, altered or sale items.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds issued to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges available for any item:

    • If new item is lower in price, we’ll refund the difference.

    • If higher, you simply pay the difference.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. In-store

    • Drop by our Lab Store or Studio Store; staff will assist you directly.

  2. By Mail

    1. Log in and click your order to request a return.

    2. We’ll review your request within 1–3 days and email you approval.

    3. Ship your item to:

      (Return shipping is at your expense.)

    4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange within 1–3 days.

International Orders

  • Customer pays return shipping.

  • Refund = Order Amount minus original shipping fee minus return shipping fee

    • Example: Order total USD 145 (item USD 100 + shipping USD 45) → Refund USD 145 - 45 − 45 = USD 55.

Manufacturer Defects

  • Report defects to care@grayestudio.com within 14 days.

  • We’ll inspect and arrange an exchange free of charge.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange at our discretion.
