At GRAYE, we aim to provide our customers an enjoyable shopping experience with the notion that their interests will be safeguarded.

We hope that you will love the item you purchase from us, but in the event that you do not. You will have 14 DAYS to return or exchange for another item [same or lower priced items only]. 


*Made-to-order, made-to-measure or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
* Returns must be in the state you received them - unworn, with all tags attached. Any items that do not match with the conditions stated above will not be eligible for refund or exchange.  
* In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we have to sent it back to you. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
If all conditions are met, refund will be in store credits presented as a gift card to your email.
There are 2 ways to return your order:
1. Return by Mail
Please mail your return order to the address provided in the approval email. All return charges will be bourne by the customer.
2. In-store Drop-Off
You can visit either our Lab Store or Studio Store with the items and order number. Our staff on duty will assist with the return or exchange accordingly.
Similarly, all items that is originally received with manufacturer's defects is also available for exchange. Please contact our Customer Service Team at to highlight the defect, and we will arrange for the exchange upon further inspection.
Please do take note that local returns can take up to 7 days to reach us while international returns may vary from 21 days onwards depending on the country. Once we have received the returned item, you will receive the refund within 7 working days. If you have chosen to do an exchange, the new item will also be send out within working days.
