Designer Notes

We've always liked how a shirting fabric reads when it's cut into something easy. The shorts are our version of that — a relaxed silhouette held to mid-thigh, an elasticated waistband with the button hidden inside so the front sits clean, side slits to let the leg move. The Soft-Set finish softens the fabric so it sits right at this length, never stiff.

Description

A relaxed short cut from 100% cotton, fine yarn count, woven into a quiet pinstripe. The fabric is finished with our Soft-Set™ treatment — a liquid ammonia process that stabilises the cotton's structure for subtle lustre, a softer hand and improved crease resistance.

Cut easy and wide through the leg, sitting mid-thigh. The elasticated waistband closes with a concealed inner buttons, no hardware visible at the front. Deep side pockets at the seam, and a concealed front seam pocket adds storage without breaking the line. Side slits at the hem.

Worn with a tee. Layered under a knit. Or paired with the Soft-Set™ Overshirt.
