1. GENERAL
1.1] The following terms and conditions apply to all orders place by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with GRAYE through (“GRAYE”, “we” or “us”), at GRAYE website or mobile website (jointly referred to as “grayestudio.com”).
1.2] By visiting grayestudio.com and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”) including any additional terms and conditions and policies.

1.3] These Terms apply to all users of the site. Please read our Terms carefully before placing any orders on grayestudio.com. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of the services.
1.4] The Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Condition any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting update and/or change to our website. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
 
2. PRICES AND CHARGES
2.1] The prices for our products displayed on grayestudio.com are subject to change without notice. 
2.2] The prices for our products displayed on grayestudio.com do not include a delivery charge. The delivery charge will only be added to the total price at the checkout page.
2.3] The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the number of pieces or weight or size of your order. The cost for your delivery method will be indicated during the checkout process. If we have to make more than one delivery for your order, there will be no additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.

3. DELIVERY

3.1] GRAYE will put in the best effort to be as efficient and accurate when receiving and dispatching orders. Please note that we only ship to residential or commercial address, and not to P.O. box addresses.

3.2] GRAYE will dispatch approved orders as soon as possible and in the order that they have been received. Depending on the destination of delivery, delivery timing may vary from 2 to 20 working days (Tuesday to Saturday).

3.3] Occasional delays to delivery may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds 45 days, you may cancel your order and a full refund will be given back to you.

3.4] If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact our Customer Service team.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

4.1] We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and composition of our products that appear on grayestudio.com. If there are colour differences between the one shown on the website and the actual garment, it may be due to the inaccuracy of the colour reproduction on the computer monitor’s display.

4.2] If there are any manufacturing defects in the items you purchase from GRAYE website, please contact our Customer Service Team for return or exchange.

4.3] All descriptions of products are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

5. DELIVERY

5.1] You have the right to return your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods.

5.2] If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund in the form of store credits with no expiry date.

5.3] GRAYE guarantees either a refund in the form of store credits or to replace any items within the 14 calendar days’ period, as long as the product fulfils the following conditions: Undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, with all GRAYE labels and tags intact and in its original packaging. This means that the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (Other than to try the item on).

5.4] When we have approved your return items, the return cost will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the financial responsibility for the return postage is yours until the item reaches us.

5.5] Refunds will be paid in the form of store credits. We will try to process all refunds within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your notice, as long as we have received the items.

5.6] If the item you have received has manufacturer’s defect, please notify our Customer Service Team as soon as possible and return the item. For any items that we do find to be faulty, we will always provide a replacement or a full refund.

6. PAYMENT

6.1] Payment by Credit/Debit Card : You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or MasterCard). The applicable amount will be immediately reserve om you card but will not be debited until the goods have been dispatched. GRAYE reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchase is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.

6.2] Please note that we do not accept any cheque payment.

7. LIABILITIES

7.1] GRAYE is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the good or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, floor, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.

7.2] Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the GRAYE website shall be limited to the total price of your order.
