Return & Exchange Policy


At GRAYE we place the utmost importance on customer experience. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Any unused and unworn item with a receipt, (except those bespoke, customised, altered or sale items), may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for exchange or refund in the form of store credits.

Items with manufacturing defects may only be returned or exchanged if you notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange requests that we deem invalid, unreasonable or unjustified and for any other reason whatsoever at our sole discretion.

To request for a return, please log in to your account, click on the corresponding order number and request return. 

 

1. Return by Mail
Please mail your return order to the address provided in the approval email. All return charges will be bourne by the customer.
2. In-store Drop-Off
You can visit either our Lab Store or Studio Store with the items and order number. Our store associate on duty will assist with the return or exchange accordingly.
EXCHANGE DUE TO MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT
Similarly, all items that is originally received with manufacturer's defects is also available for exchange. Please contact our Customer Service Team at care@grayestudio.com to highlight the defect, and we will arrange for the exchange upon further inspection.
