Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (except bespoke, customised, altered or sale items), we have a 14 day return/exchange period for you to 1) Exchange for a same or lower price item or 2) Return for store credits with no expiry date.
For items to be eligible for return or exchange, they should be unworn, unwashed and with their hangtags still attached.
For a fuss-free return/exchange experience, please drop by our Lab Store or Studio Store and approach any of our staff on duty for assistance.
Another option is to mail back your item with the following steps:
| Step 1 | Log in, click on the corresponding order number to request return |
| Step 2 | We will take 1 - 3 days to review your return request. You will receive a notification email once the return/exchange is approved. |
| Step 3 | Mail your item back to Studio Store (57 Eng Hoon Street #01-86, Singapore 160057) All return charges are borne by the customer. |
| Step 4 | Once we received back the item and checked, we'll add the store credits to your account within 1 - 3 days. |
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange requests that we deem invalid, unreasonable or unjustified and for any other reason whatsoever at our sole discretion.
EXCHANGE DUE TO MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT
Similarly, all items that is originally received with manufacturer's defects is also available for exchange. Please contact our Customer Service Team at care@grayestudio.com to highlight the defect, and we will arrange for the exchange upon further inspection.
