How to Return Items
We hope you’ll love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return it to us.
There are 2 methods for returning your order: In-Store or Via Courier.
For In-Store returns, visit any our of stores within 14 days of receiving your order, show our staff on duty your digital receipt and the items, they will assist with the refund.
For returns Via Courier, please fill in this form within 14 days of receiving your order. We will get back to you within 1 - 2 business days.
Please note that items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags.

Returns Via Courier
Fill up this form within 14 days of receiving your order. We will get back to you within 1 - 2 business days with a prepaid return label to be printed out and attach to your package.
Once we received back the item and checked the item is eligible for return, we will process the refund.
Refunds
We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

- Do I need a return label? Yes, a pre-paid label will be provided once you register your return. Just print it and attach it to your package.
