The pocket system came first — four zipped, two patch, each positioned for a reason, anchored by a triangular side panel that holds the structure without adding bulk. Double-faced jersey does the rest: brushed, breathable, substantial enough to carry the pleats. Shorts that work as hard as they look considered.
