An unexpected addition to GRAYE's range is the introduction of a tapered cut, a departure from the brand's signature silhouette. This brings a streamlined contemporary edge to the collection, appealing to those seeking a more sleek fit. The Design Team adhered to a clean and semi-formal aesthetic, skilfully incorporating concealed functionality and intricate pocket details. These subtle yet impactful features create visual interest and further enhance the practicality of each piece.
For optimal comfort and durability, cotton-blend fabrics are being used for its lightweight and ease of wear while maintaining a substantial composition that keeps the garment's shape. This season’s Kimono Blazer merges the kimono crossover fastening with workwear functionality. It has a sleek minimalist aesthetic with hidden utilitarian details. Featuring a magnetic buckle closure and strategically positioned hidden pockets that are easily accessible - three pockets with invisible zippers on the front, while two emerge from skilful topstitching of inner pocket bags. Added elements like a long waist-tunnelled strap and adjustable elastic drawstrings at the sleeve hems allow for an alternative cinched and fitted look. Versatile and lightweight, this jacket is your ideal travel companion, combining style and practicality seamlessly.
Complete the Utility Workwear Set with the Inverse Pocket Pants. These pants feature a relaxed tapered fit and a full-length cut, as well as unique ‘Inverse Pockets’ that are in-set around the upper thighs for easy movement and safe storage. These pockets add a distinctive flair to any outfit. The pants also have two side seam pockets and back patch-on pockets, a half-elasticated waistband with belt loops, and tonal stitching for a subtle contrast. The Spliced Zipper Top is an experimental take of our signature Craftsman’s Basic silhouette. Redefining the oversized-boxy style with spliced angular seams on both front and back, this top exudes a unique and edgy look. It features an intentionally misaligned patch-on chest pocket that is seamlessly integrated with a concealed hidden kangaroo zip pocket on the front for everyday functionality. Crafted from a luxurious lightweight cotton-lyocell blend, the fabric offers a unique crinkled texture while the lyocell infusion ensures a fluid drape. Thoughtful details made for everyday wear, this piece is great for layering or worn on its own.
