Welcome to a new way of experiencing affordable luxury and expressing your individuality. Here are the steps to follow when you collaborate with us on a modern bespoke tailoring project!

PHASE 1 : DESIGNING

Share with us what you want to create whether it be through photos or drawings, the more references the better! We want to know what silhouette, style of garment and details you're thinking of. If drawing isn't your forte, fret not. Leave the sketching to us and we will illustrate out your designs onto paper or even do a mock rendering using AI.

PHASE 2 & 3 : CREATING AN AVATAR & PATTERNS

Based on your design, we will then take your body measurements to be used to create your avatar on our pattern making software - CLO 3D. This is to ensure we achieve your perfect fit.

Using this technology will aid us in visualising the final outcome and tweaking the garment's patterns more efficiently and accurately. In this process, we are practicing a more sustainable technique as it reduces the need of creating multiple patterns and samples. Unlike using traditional paper patterns, we are able to sew the drafted digital patterns and instantly view the outcome to make any adjustments to it.

PHASE 4 : THE FIRST SAMPLE

After drafting out the pattern pieces, we are able to transform those 2D patterns into a 3D garment. The first sample is typically done up in a calico or an inexpensive fabric with a similar drape of the final. Sampling is necessary for you and our team to make adjustments while being on the body. This is when you can tweak the design's length, silhouette and add or remove details. If the changes affect the overall drape and proportion of the garment, a second or even a third sample will be made until it is right.

Additionally at this stage, you and our team will be choosing the final fabrics, colours and trimmings. Our team will guide you through the different selections to ensure the elements you chose will work well with your design. For example, a  design may require a thicker fabric to hold its drape on the body or a particular zip style has to be used so it will last longer.

This sampling process will usually take a couple months depending on the complexity of the design and amount of samples required.

PHASE 5 : THE FINAL FITTING

Here comes your creation! After the long wait, the piece you have envisioned is finally a reality. Before we hand it to you, our team will do a final fitting to ensure the outcome is to your satisfaction. With your approval, it will be packaged up and you would have created a custom-made piece!
