At GRAYE, we aim to provide our customers an enjoyable commerce shopping experience with the notion that their interests will be safeguarded. We hope that you will love the item you purchase from us, but in the event that you do not. You will have 14 days to return or exchange for another item (Same or lower priced items only).
* Items under the Artefact Range are not eligible for return or exchange, as most of the items are made upon order.
* Returns must be in the state you received them, unworn, with all tags attached. Any items that do not match with the conditions stated above will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
* In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to sent it back to you. No store credits or refund will be issued in such circumstances.
If all conditions are met, we will give you the full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges).
Similarly, all items that is originally received with manufacturer's defects is also available for return. Please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to highlight the defect, and we will arrange the return upon further inspection.
Currently, we are only able to offer Free Return Shipping Both Ways for local orders within Singapore only. Any returns or exchange for international orders, financial responsibility for shipping is to be borne by the customer.
Please do take note that local returns can take up to 7 days to reach us while international returns may vary from 21 days onwards depending on the country. Once we have received the returned item, you will receive the refund within 7 working days. If you have chosen to do an exchange, the new item will also be send out within 7 working days.
